Orders placed before noon are prepared first, Monday to Friday. As our candles are hand-poured in small batches, an extra 48 to 72 hours may apply during busy periods (the festive season, Valentine's Day).

As soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier, you receive an email with your tracking number.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, transport is no longer in our hands. Delivery times are therefore given as an indication only and cannot be guaranteed.

Rates include VAT and are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address. For destinations outside the European Union, any customs duties and local taxes are payable by the recipient.

At the delivery step, choose "Pick-up point" and find the nearest one directly on the map. Your parcel is kept there for 8 calendar days after you are notified.

Every order placed by an individual on oali.be is payable immediately, in full, when the order is completed. The order is only prepared once payment has been confirmed.

• Bank cards — Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.
• Bancontact — for customers in Belgium.
• Digital wallets — Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your device.

Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS certified provider. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. All prices on the site are shown in euros, including Belgian VAT.

Every OALI candle is entirely hand-poured and hand-finished. Slight variations in the colour, surface or finish of the ceramic pot are part of this craft: they make each piece unique and are not a defect. These small irregularities therefore cannot give rise to a complaint or a refund.

Our candles travel in a ceramic pot: every parcel is padded and marked as fragile. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo of the parcel and the product within 48 hours of receipt at hello@oali.be: we will send the item again or refund it.

For a parcel that has not arrived, an investigation can be opened with the carrier 5 working days after the announced delivery date.

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to change your mind, without having to give a reason. Items must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging. Return costs are at your expense, unless we made a mistake or the product is defective.

The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel, to the bank account you give us. Full details are in our general terms and conditions of sale.
