Trade shipping
The terms below apply to orders placed through an approved trade account. All amounts exclude VAT.
Preparation
Dispatched within 2 to 7 working days
Our candles are hand-poured in small batches. Trade orders are prepared as soon as they are confirmed; during busy periods or for large volumes, lead times may be longer.
As soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier, you receive an email with your tracking number. Transit times are indicative.

Trade prices are shown excluding VAT; the applicable VAT is calculated at checkout.
The minimum order and the payment terms of your account are always available in your trade area, under « My company ».
Delivery
Damaged or missing parcel
Every candle is hand-poured: slight variations in the colour, surface or finish of the ceramic pot are part of the craft and are not a defect.
In case of breakage or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@oali.be. Always attach at least 3 photos:
- a photo of the parcel showing any impact marks;
- a photo of the broken products;
- a photo clearly showing the packaging.
After checking, we resend or credit the items concerned.
For a parcel that has not arrived, we can open an investigation with the carrier 5 working days after the announced delivery date.
